What are we looking for?

For our team with headquarters in Madrid, we are looking for a processes and IT analyst. Are you willing to work in an international and diverse environment? Are you customer oriented? The main responsibilities are:

• Handling equipment multi-functional projects (own and / or third party resources)
• Processes analysis, projects and initiatives critical enterprise level.
• Automate business processes through BPM solutions (Apia, Auraportal, IBM, Pretty Soft, ...).
• Act as manager relationships between IT and business units, facilitating communication and strategic alignment.
• Facilitate all aspects of the life cycle management of the project as project justification / prioritization, defining the scope and objectives, company documentation, analysis, reporting and management application.

Skills that will help you succeed:

• ​ More than 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Graduate, Computer Science or equivalent or degree in Computer Science.
•  Experience in the financial services industry, Telco, or retail industry is a necessity.
• The experience of at least 2 years with process automation solutions (Apia, Auraportal, Pretty Soft, IBM, ...)
•  The experience of at least 2 years with Enterprise Architecture solutions (Adonis, Aris, ...)
• Experience with the design and automation of dashboards and indicators.
• Experience with a variety of projects, ranging from the analysis, improvement and automation of business processes and software development / applications.
• Experience working with business and technology personnel of different levels and disciplines and strong ability to harvest and translate business requirements.
• Flexibility to work effectively in a team or individual user and several projects at once.
• Flexibility to travel.

Knowledge:

• Design processes with BPMN notation
• RAD, BPM and SCRUM methodologies
