TRANSFORMERS BUSINESS MODELS

TransdatiX is a modular software that is adapted to customer´s needs.
Modules can be combined to find a tailored solution for you.
The Adapt Module extracts its documents form your ERP system and passes them to an XML file with an internal and standard format. The TransdatiX.Convert converts thos XML file in the required format by the client. You work as usual with your ERP system and TransdatiX manages data export, conversion and atutomatic delivery.
ADAPT Module
The Adapt module docks to your ERP system and extracts your commercial data into an internal XML standard format. Then this file can be converted into the desired format for your customers using a Convert.
This process can be performed in the opposite direction. If you want to convert the document of your customers in your ERP format, so that you can import the document directly in your database, accounting system, etc., you need only the appropriate CONVERT for the conversion into XML and then the ADAPT for the import.

COMMUNICATION Module
Every customer determines the communication channel for the data exchange. Some companies allow the shipment through multiple channels and others limit it to a specific one. TransdatiX currently has the most used COMMUNICATION channels such as email, FTP, eXite and USP. If you don´t find your desired communication channel, please contact us. We strive to always find a customized solution.
TOOLS Module
In each project additional functions are necessary, which are not directly related to the data transformations, like e.g. the moving of files. The TransdatiX.Tool components offer these functionalities and they integrate seamlessly into any data transformation process. There are many different tools in many areas. CONNECT Module
There are components designed for developers and they enable a native (low-level) access to various technologies or systems, e.g., LotusNotes, Outlook, ZIP files, etc.
