He has held responsibilities in areas such as Engineering, Quality, Commercial, Customer Service, Human Resources in Telefónica.

Currently it is:

• President of the AEERC, an association that brings together companies related to the Call Center sector.
• Vice President of Agencies of Spain, an association that brings together Spanish Advertising and Marketing agencies.
• Professor in business school ESADE and ESIC.
