NEED DESCRIPTION

The current era of “Digital Transformation”, the emergence of new business model needs, and the need to successfully fulfill the obligations imposed within the framework of the obligations and requirements, especially demanded by the European Commission, together with obsolescence of the existing information systems in the IDAE, led him to address a project of renewal and technological transformation and holistic and holistic processes.

Once the central system based on SAP4 HANA was implemented for the Contracting, Purchasing and Economic-Financial processes, it was essential to focus on a solution that allowed the automation of business processes in a transversal way and integrated with the new systems of the organization, with which to interact from different channels and input mechanisms and all this in an agile, flexible, fast and controlled way. All this motivated by the continuous changes in its business model and operation

To cover these objectives, the need to implement, in a first phase, an “Employee Portal” was established, due to the cross-sectional nature of its processes, establishing the processes of:
